Since each book will be read multiple times and be subject to rough handling, it is not advisable to purchase paperback books for a library. Hardcover books are more expensive, but are preferred.
The books placed on the exterior sides of library and exposed to the elements (rain , snow , sunlight ), so they should have a hard cover.
